These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by Fablyn Commercials. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Products & Availability
- We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color, design, or specifications may occur.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout or invoicing.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where applicable).
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery is provided within Nairobi CBD.
- Outside Nairobi: Delivery fee is KSh 1,000. Orders typically arrive within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, or courier delays.
- Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD where possible. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability. We will communicate estimated delivery timelines when confirming your order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, transport strikes, or supplier delays).
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund, subject to the stated conditions.
6. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fablyn Commercials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Fablyn Commercials and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
