Refund and Returns

At Fablyn Commercials, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Custom-made or special-order items.
• Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective upon receipt).

3. Process for Returns

• Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of purchase to request a return.
• Provide your proof of purchase and reason for return.
• Bring or ship the item back to our store location:
  Fablyn Commercials, Ladhies Road, Kamukunji, next to SK Business Center.
• All return shipping or transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds

• Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• For purchases made via mobile money, the refund will be sent to the same account used for payment.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, it must be for an item of equal or greater value (with the price difference paid by you). Exchanges follow the same 7-day eligibility requirements as returns.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
